Little help please.. Custom cover ??

Right I need your help....

I have a year 2000 Monterey 180 edge wakeboard boat. It has a fitted bow and cabin cover. The cabin cover has zip in/out side windows and rear so it can be used as half as a sun cover.

Mine is as old as the boat now so has shrunk in the sun and the windows being plastic have cracked.

I need to get a new one but can't find anywhere I could get one. Mine is a sunbrella make so I have tried contacting them in the USA.

I also got a quote for a custom made one from masterworks in bath or Bristol but they came in at just shy of a grand so I would like to get it cheaper?

Let me know if anyone knows of someone who can help?

The boat is due to go on a mooring so I need one sorted asap.
