The boat quiz pic: I think originally a Popeyes Cougar Cat Al Copeland had built powered by a load of Merc powerheads all inboard on belts - sort of an expensive marine cotton real racer. Think the crew pod was originally were on the wing up front aka early Cougar 4ltr.

Am I right or am I completely wrong as has been known?

Correctamundo!...allthough I didn't know it was a Cougar.

It had summat like 6 x 2.4 EFI's laced up together, with the intention for another two to be added for a record run.

Doesn't look so good now, has weeds growing through the deck, and holes all over the place I'll post more pics of it when I get home.

The deals been done, did a sea trial today, paid me deposit and balance to be sent on my return to England, keep all the money under my mattress.

Going to leave it in Miami for a while so we can go back and do a poker run, then ship it home for the start of our "summer"!!!
