Hello!
I want to know everything about these drive system if someone can tell me more about it. Pros and cons.

I have found some German boat site with minor info about it, only information I found is that it’s a reliable system that works in every condition.
They say it’s like a hybrid between z-drive /B1 and surface drive.

I read some post about the Garmin boat and the failure it had due to to oil leak, but that was the problem it broke, like every drive would do if it runs out of oil in this surcomstances.

How does it perform on ordinary V-shape boats?
It is mounted very deep in the hull.

I have read it is built with a straight shaft from engine to transom, then a joint out to a straight shaft into the upper drive.
From the upper drive there is a chain to the lower prop shaft. Is this correct?

If someone have good information about these drive system tell me please!

Thanks!

I have almost bought one years ago , didn't do because there was not much info and reviews , later i heard there isn't much stock in replacement parts so when broke down the part have to be build which take long and is expensive.

Your boat need to have natural bow lift as the drive only push because its so shallow it havent the ability to lift the bow

there is no chain you need a drop down gear box best option is a the angled one so engine stay more level.
They use the zf 45 a or zf 63 a mostly

i attached a screenshot of a installation whit mercruiser 8.1

hope this helps
