Are we talking the phantom called simply red or the ring ? Might be daft question but both models had same name, the ring I’m sure was a member of Lyme Regis power boat club

Sold that one to a guy from Ireland about 12 years ago.
Delivered it to Pembroke docks & have never seen the boat since that day.

Blimey well that's that always fancied trying to get my hands on that beautiful boat , bet you regret letting that go !

Simply Red

Around the same time there was a red Phantom 21 'In the Red' ? based out of Exmouth from memory

Is that the one that used to come to Lyme now and again and launch off the back of a Range Rover? An old(ish) guy used to climb out the back window and over the bows once the rig was down on the beach.

That would have been my Old Phantom 21 ,my father used to love a trip in it and as you say climbing out the back of the Range and was the easiest way to get him in the boat ,great memories !

Accessible boating !:)

Simply Red now resides in West Cork, Ireland! Great boat, my neighbour owns it now.

Hi guys. I own Simply Red since 2005, I bought it from Steve (above). It's looked after like a baby & is still in perfect condition. We've had great days out in it. It has been admired a lot & I've had many offers over the years. It's in West Cork, Southern Ireland.

I know reviving a very old thread here but you wouldn’t by chance still own it and be looking to sell her would you?
