Would you by chance have these adaptors to allow it to be run without gearbox as we need direct drive. Do you know the ratio of the gearbox please

I think its a 1.5 but i have to check to be shure. Is it a scs crash box you mean. I have those Dont see clear what it is Looks like old mercruser crash box called daytona i think. Without gearbox i never seen. How to get back and forward. Crash boxes have forward neutral and reverse. Only problem is that getting it in geat you need to shut down the engine and start again in gear. Getting away from the pontoon is a bit tricky. Only racers use them because it can handle big power and are more reliable. Hope it can help.

Can you please supply more pictures of the other Arnerson parts you have and the internals that go to the engines

Sent me a whatts app nr. I have to sent with my phone. Arneson only make drives. The internals in boat is other brands. To couple it to your engine you need a drive shaft and the gearbox All depending on thepower you going yo use. I have those parts normaly in stock
