any plastic would do really, I'd have to have a look at the design again but could be possible
did you put larger jets in for the extra comp?got the new head on feels way better a lot snappier and its dry stacked too
its up to 180 psi on all three but i forgot to take a reading before i took the old head off so i cant compare unfortunately
i also installed some solid mounts but i only used the top ones so there is still a bit of vibration dampening
whilst it was apart i installed the new exhaust tuner and got rid of the silencer so a bit of weight saving, not a lot but will still help in the long run
i also cut the shelf out of the bottom of the midsection as i thought the exhaust gases will get hung up on it
No I haven’t played round with the jets at all haven’t really played round with the mixture screw either as the plugs are a good colourdid you put larger jets in for the extra comp?
Hello pal!this is my current prop its a forge v2 it has been blueprinted and bought up to 19 pitch
it still runs really well im running it with the propshaft at 25mm below the centre of the hijacker valves on my ceasar f11 and it sill grips really well in the turns
super impressed with this prop its a great all rounder
Hello pal. Just seen this thread!i also bought a spare powerhead, flywheel and full set of electrics for £100 and was thinking of getting this one ported as my current engine has very little hours on and i feel its too nice to cut into. I will probably end up going to Chris brown marine for the porting and do everything else myself as i have heard that he does a good job
ive been thinking about buying a cleaver prop and im looking at the forge marine v1 in the standard 18 pitch but i can always get it tweaked in the future

Hello pal. Just seen this thread!
Must say really enjoyed reading what you’ve doing. I’m just down the road
Hello pal.
I must say, really enjoyed reading about what you’re doing. I bought a zap Cat earlier in the year and I have been running a V1 prop on it. I still got lots of tweaking to do and I’m looking to go down the modification route for my Outboard. (Mariner lightning xr50) same as tohatssu
I’m based in Falmouth so if you were interested in testing out the V1 property, you’re more than welcome to borrow mine before buying one. It is only 18 pitch mind
