Over to you OOD.

That was at Cowes Round the Island a couple of years back Pro Vee boat just finished round the island race and as he came through the finish line he did not see the wash infornt of him and he then barrel rolled right over and landed it up the right way! Very spectactular! they were both alright, just tore the engine cowling off and stuff that is all! It happened at about 90mph! There was a report on it in the NUTS magazine.

Yup, it's Mario Invernizzi, in his Seatek powered 36' Fabio Buzzi rib 'Ceramica Panaria'.

As Will says, twoz cowes last year I think, and luckily it ended up the right way up.

and another.

Although it's running here in class II (M) it measures, and normaly runs in class III 6 litre (S) using the smaller SeaTek 7.8 litre I think, rather than the 10.8 litre they run in class II

Same race that 'Thunderbird' had an unintended meeting with a moored sailboat.

Didn't realise it was moored!

Oops. Better double check.

FYI it was Jani Carpitella Navigating with Mario Invernizzi
