US Ski racing

Water Ski Race U.S.A

Hello From the States
I sent some photos
and information about
a Water Ski race from
LongBeach To Catalina
Island last Sat.
The race is 30 miles
each way total of
60 miles of open seas
in the Pacific Ocean
and a new record was
set at 50 Minutes.
Most of the racers
were from the U.S.A.
but some were from
England and Austrailia.

Jon. Thanks, Yes thats the Queen Mary.
The race starts and finishes in front of the
ship.
I have a number of items I have collected in
the past years and I worked on a crew that
did repairs in the 60s.
Still looking for information about the Chairs I received from a estate, Their from
the First Class Smoking Room.
