what about speed limits? Do you have to be a member? If yes how much would that cost?

I'm no expert but on Burty's P20 is the red gel on top of the white and therefore very thin? Thus if you flat it back you might go through to the white?

No, the red will be the same thickness as the white, you would have to be rubbing for about 2 hrs in the same spot with 1500 w&d to go through! i'm just talking about taking a very very fine layer off the gel to take away any chalking.....

Where split gels are used the darker colour goes down first, then the second colour is applied upto and just over the split gel-line.......ensuring the gel line is done LAST to avoid colour bleed.

Not so sure on my "Binliner" ........Perhaps i had better check it wasn't "150" !

Just kidding

You would have to spend a long time on the "Flat"surfaces to go through with 1500 but ..... you still need to be careful on the "Edges" where the paper will cut harder, on a probably already thinned edge from previous polishing / wear it won't take long to go through

Better still.... Give it to "GAV" for a £A Oner thats cheap !

I used Red 'Colour Magic' polish on my previous (Red) boat. It came up a treat!

Don't know how long it lasted though, as I did it just before I sold it.
