fuel regulator fittings

The weber fuel pressure regulator on my 2.4l efi Bridgeport, previously gar163y which has a hose connector secured by a brass needle on the top for the horn take off. the brass needle decided to sheer whilst removing it to clean the regulator through. does any one know were i could get a replacement rather sharpish?

or an easier question - would a 2.5 efi fuel regulator with the hose connector on top work? i realize there are different regulators for different pressures but have access to one and dying to get this engine running properly.

thanks for anyone that can help

the 2.5 regs are either 39psi (Gold) or 56psi (Black) dont know what the 2.4's run at but if they aren't either of the above then it wont work. probably wont even start let alone run even if it did run then it would be dangerous as could be running lean.

2.4's run on 39 psi, hate to sound so ignorant but are they coloured as gold and black?
