Labbed/blueprinting propellers

Can any of you boat gurus out there recommend a company that labs/blueprints race propellers at a reasonable price in the UK.

Also if there are any companies I should avoid please let me know.

I am looking at getting my Bravo 1 24p thinned and balanced and maybe a little bit of pitch added just to raise the rpms up a bit and get a bit more speed.

I also will be running a lightened flywheel in the foreseeable future so hopefully the holeshot will be a bit better.

I run my cl of gearbox approx 2" below the deepest part of the v so hopefully I wont have to worry about blades cracking or breaking off.

Thankyou in advance

More pitch will lower the RPM's, and will only give more speed if you are right on or near the rev limiter.

Bazza,

Did you notice any difference in performance of the boat once the work was carried out on the Bravo 1?

It was work to a 4 blade Trophy which was originally 25" clipped to 24" and blue printed, this is a faster prop than my 23" obviously but i have no direct comparison figures, the props are used for different reasons, ie flat ski races (24") most offshore applications without the need for the last MPH or 2 i use the 23". The difference being a lot lighter also. If plans go accordingly with the twin rig both props will be for sale.
