Scotty
Three ways of doing it,
1, new hubs with alloys stud pattern, the best way.
2,Re-drill thread trailer hubs offset 45 degrees, but watch the centre size.
3, Spacers that bolt to your hub, with the new stud pattern and centre for your new alloys.

The problem with number 3 is the wheels will be around 1-1 1/2 inches further out, and will wear out bearings quicker because of the offset but mybe only prob a set every year or so.
But look at the ski racers there trailers are top notch, as are their boats are, number 3 is the easiest.

Yeah, that what I had to do on my old one, I made mine to go from a 4 stud to a 5, problem I had was due to the extra width it meant I had to get new mudgaurd made, hence the mirror polished ones on my old trailer.
It would be far easier to machine the hubs or I believe in some cases you can swap the hubs over.

Buy new hubs, it's the safest way, you may need the centre turned down to get the wheels on, depending on hubs and wheels, what axles you got, Peak or Alko ?

PuppiesBalls here(On my dads account)
We had a new degraaff trailer and he couldnt get the axle company to drill a 120x5 pcd, so we ordered 4 blank hubs, and had them machined to suit.
