Good enough resolution to view full screen if you wish.

A wise purchase from Coniston
Hi , Quality is ,could do with one like that on our x.cat ,the start run would look brilliant .

Some images of Pippa Brookes' boat after being towed back after the crash can be viewed at the link below.I missed the crash as i picked that morning to go to the pits instead of my usual spot 3/4's of the way down the run.She appeared fine by the way ,as for the boat ...

Friday morning

Friday morning saw perfect mirror lake conditions. The Scorpion rib Seahound,Kingfisher,Ben Morse and Bob McCarthy all prominent on the lake.
Bluebird was rumoured to be coming on a run down the lake but its appearance coincided with a very heavy rain storm during which it disappeared ? I was at the end of the run so i do not know what happened.

This website is great for finding books that can be difficult to get hold of, either because they are specialist (!) or out of print, not the case here but a useful link nevertheless. See Bookfinder

Across the lake....

Anyone interested in the record breaking game, and in particular Donald Campbell and his boat Bluebird, this film is a must, if you haven't seen it, watch it.
