I actually managed to get her out on the boat 2 weeks ago (her 1st time)......... so I now know not to approach her with the subject for a little while through fear of pushing my luck
............. I suspect a decade or so aught to cover it!
you out on the formula, or thumbing a lift? your obviousely most welcome to come and get wet with Me, Slug & Happy Giraffe!

Urgent message:
I've been contacted by Drivers Wharf, It's looking like a pretty good turnout for Saturdays run. This means craning in/out is gonna be quite busy when added to all the regular users at the yard..
In light of this, anyone who's gonna need craning in, either tomorrow, or on Saturday morning MUST PHONE GILL TOMORROW ASAP! She can be contacted on the Drivers number: 02380 233302 or by mobile: 07771 577589
Failure to pre-book could result in you not getting launched in time, so don't feckin forget!
See you all there.
JF

Top day out!
Thanks to Gill and everyone at Drivers for the hospitality, JF for organising the Poker run logistics, and Tony & Nick for my rides. My face still hurts from grinning
There are going to be lots of pictures soon. There was even a helicopter for aerial shots!

We had the best day ever on the boat. Got round safe, nothing broke, me and the `crew` had a fab day.
A big thankyou to all who organised the event and attended.

Yep, I couldn't agree more! It really was one of the best days boating I've ever had in over 30 years of misbehaving in boats!
Gill and the team really did us proud, and what with the best weather ever, superb food at both lunchtime and evening, topped off with an excellent card game and then superb music from Gareth and chums!
Hope the next one is even better.
And Mr Pascoe....
I still reckon I got to the 1st stop before you!!!!!!!
