Also, try not get hoses that are far too long. If you have to coil them up it makes the system a bastard to bleed, as the air stays in the top of the loops on the coil.

No worries, I have 18 foot hoses in my Ring 21 and theres a bit to play with, so Id say about the same for the phantom, or maybe even 16 foot would do. But better to be looking at it than looking for...

The difference between the std and pro seastar is, the std has 1000psi valving in the helm and nylon hoses. The Pro has 1500psi helm...

You do get a fair bit of wheel torque on the dual cable system but most of it can be taken out with setup or prop choice!

One cable goes through the tilt tube on the motor as standard, the other through the bracket that bolts to the front of the transom clamp in front of the tilt tube!

You can set it up with both...
