Can you clarify - are non EPA outboard engines...
Can you clarify - are non EPA outboard engines excluded - if so why? when no other menagerie fleet racing in the world has done so? Even the UIM overruled its own rules on EPA at the 3C worlds....

i thought these engines were approved by UIM till 2013 for racing, presumably RYA have to work under UIM guidelines, Race engines are excluded from EPA regs anyway.... and even a 300 promax is less...

Why only 2sepa outboards
Why are we only allowing 2sepa outboards - would exclude 2.5 efi and xr2's for instance is this a typo or specifically aimed at restricting to direct injection 2 strokes only?
