Certainly the few boats that raced with them over here were very un-reliable.

Remember the Whitmarsh Stapley cat and a Benito with a pair of them. Maybe some others.

Last one I saw being used was on a 23' (I think) Frode mono - cruising round Stockholm.

Looked pretty good for pose value.
