I think Surfury and a few others could really add something extra to Beaulieu so can see as a win all round.

Could lead to much more in time perhaps.....

I think it needs to be so much more than storing old boats - that might be enough to appeal to us offshore die-hards. But to be a success it has to be so much more - making it a visiting attraction...
