Well, i have been looking about for another bike for the summer but just cant seem to get enthused about any of them at the moment. Then i get a call from a mate who now works in the middle east and he asks me if id like to take his bike off his hands as its in a garage in london and not doing anything except rotting.
Its a Mint CB1300, 2003 in Black with naff all miles on it, nice bike but ive only just got rid of an XJR1300 and was thinking about something with wind protection for riding down to the south of France. I explain this to him and he just says clear the outstanding finance and its yours. lets just say that there wasnt a lot to cover and all of a sudden it seemed just the bike for me.

Hoping to pick it up next weekend.

Thank God for Toys!

Well, to cut a long story short, my head is giving the orders now and not my heart.

I have too many toys, an unfinished Gite project in france and another two properties to aquire in order to achieve the master plan. I shall be very sorry to see her go but looking on the bright side, the next one will be bigger & better.

Its a Deal, its a Steal, its the sale of the Fu*king Century!!!

How confident were they:
All crew had a parachute
Never raised the undercarriage
Never flew above 10,000'
and finally never went 100 miles from airfield

How do you jump out of an airliner? I mean, how would you open a door? jumping out of a plane at the speed they go must be tricky!...unless it's falling vertically @ 100knts belly first, then I geuss you'd eat ya way the side of the fkkn thing in 5 secs!

Good point, I wonder at what speed jumping out becomes a no no and an ejection seat is the only option.

Normally a chute from the flight deck ( like one of those enclosed play slides to hatch which is on explosive bolts) Ya problem comes if your inverted without pulling +ve G.
This could lead us on to Mr Cooper I reckon he did it succesfully but the FBI say not ?
