I think the title says it all really - there is a thread in the Gallery of how we got to the design -

After considering the different ways of building the plug including getting a quote for CNC'ing the plug from foam in the Czech republic, we ended up getting the frame of the plug laser cut to our drawings by
www.cut-tec.co.uk and the first stage went together very quickly - I think it's fair to say this is going to be the easiest bit by far!
The specs are:
34' long with an overhang for the inboard versions
7'4" beam
Twin step to a new design
Our boat will have Yanmar 260's driving ASD6 Arneson drives with a ZF63 gearbox
K Plane trim tabs
Smartcraft technology
BananaShark Suspension seating
Forward cabin will have a V berth and room for a small galley
Other options include 496HO's or 525's and a choice of drives from Bravo XR's, NXT's or Arnesons.
With the 3/4 canopy cockpit belts and air are optional although with the faster engine packages would be very highly recommended!
The first stage was to get a "level playing field", Kitten worked out where the plug would touch the ground (the cockpit roof will be added when the plug is turned over), and marked out the floor. Using a combination of lasers and levels he then fixed plywood squares to the floor all level with each other.
