bladerunner
i saw a blade runner at calshot wednesday but before i could point it out it had gone again out of sight to the nab in a plume of spray. ok it wasnt rough but it was a typical sharp day in the solent and she cruised effortlessly across the chop. Anyone ever been in one?? It was quite an impressive sight

Sat in one at the boat show - I know Jeremy Watts vaguely, met him for the first time at the Europeans in Viareggio in Italy a few years back - our boats are "cousins" - If you look at the hull form, the design (both by Lorne Campbell) is similar.
Sat in the race boat in Cowes as well - no plasma screen in that one!

Glen - No idea how much they are new, but they are all big twin outboards and I think they are very expensive!
Leisure boat is coming on very well, the hull mould is done now, just got to add all the strengthening and get it off the plug!
All being well it will be at Torquay and all of the other races (not sure about Scotland though!) and as a visitor to Ribex as well.
We have sequential photos of the plug and mould build so far and will do the same with the actual boat - should be interesting!

Glen - Only at Ribex as a visitor so it's up to me where I go - not restricted to demo areas or anything!
I have raced in Cowes a few times so I know the nasty bits as well!
Kevin (Kitten) will hopefully be there as well who is the real builder - I just turn up and help a bit! So you will be able to buy us a Guiness and find out all about the boats!
