Bob Spalding Harrier - Does anyone have any info??

A friend of mine has just finished a complete rebuild of a Bob Spalding Harrier. He has been told ( by the boats previous owner) that it was one of the first, or possibly the prototype version. Can anyone help with any more information as we are unable to find out much more about the boat.
