I think Avon sea rider Hulls ( an don't you say nothing bad about them!) were made by Fletcher. I beleive you have a picture of one without the tubes on!

You missed out Phantom Evolution (I love those Ribs) I can't believe they are not Pukkah

The XS ribs seem very similar to Avons

The Solent large Ribs are similar to Tohatsu's
The Solent small Ribs looks similar to a Ribtec 5.4

Of course, the Evo was developed by Steve Baker and Neil Holmes together, Steve built the tooling.

I believe the Scorpion RIB hull was designed by David Marsh, a naval architect.

Just out of interest (and sorry for going off at a tangent) but does anyone know how long Hitler was in power?

P.S. Please delete me if you wanna!

I found this in my 'files' but don't know how current or accurate it is "Dateline Bikini, designed by Gerry Johnson, now living in Weymouth."

I do know that the factory address was something like

Dockray Hall, Kendal, Cumbria. Circa 1977

Hunton..cool! ta Gareth.

dunno about the 'Clog', wouldn't have said it had classic Hunton lines (in the rail design, which is a pretty good fingerprint)

As far as I know, all the larger Flatacraft's used licensed Hunton hull designs.

Osprey RIBs have a true pedigree:

Eagle, Sparrowhawk, Sea Harrier, designed from scratch by the late Ralph Williamson and his son Mike Williamson.

The Viper & Falcon range of hulls was developed from moulds bought from Fletcher with the rights, by Ralph and Mike.

And while you're at it, don't forget the Pacific 22, and the other Halmatics. Don't know who designed them, but I think it's fair to say that the design is original.

Can't argue with The Lanky One here...

Humber were designed by Andy's dad weren't they...feck... I've forgotton the old geezers name... top bloke though... kept telling Andy " I told you so".. when my boat handled like a pile of poo before we sorted it out.... made me laugh, he did...
