Phantom 16 for sale

Why does this Phantom 16 always seem to be up for sale ? I have seen it on various sites for the past couple of years does anyone know anything about it ?

This boat is close to where i live...the owner has had this boat for sale for years...seen it in his driveway with a for sale sign on it as i pass...boat looks ok but i have,nt looked too closely at it

I think you gotta say it,s the price tag thats stopping it selling

Dont know anything about that hull in particular but it is a race deck so back to back two seater. Set up right this boat will fly but not a sociable boat because the only passenger seat is behind the drivers seat
