Strangely enough, the way that Progression hull is done, is pretty much the opposite of 'the norm', usually the deadrise is shallower along the centreline and steeper toward the chine when that idea is used.
It does appear to have a totaly flat pad keel though.
My first thoughts on having a steeper deadrise toward the centreline and that pad keel sticking down are, that if you were unfortunate enough to get it sidewayz, it would snatch and do a lovely 'high side' giving you a quick involuntary 'exit stage left' manouver.
But then I aint a designer, so I'd ignore that comment.
