Superb shot of C10 sweeping the corner at full chat !
That's now known as the Wallbridge line in the club but you need balls for that I can tell you.
(Now there's two types of balls-mincey faggoty balls or great big brave bollox)-we have the latter !
Got us the win so I'm not complaining Ha Ha

Good result Simon!
Did the engine finally give up after the chequered flag then?

Yes ran out of fuel a la Hamilton testing after finishing
Dave C sportingly picked up the flag for us- although I noticed there were a few creases on it and it smelt a little of petrol-Larby is onto it though

B 48 is The 2011 world champion Guernseyman Jon R
Fastest boat very very close with three boats all neck and neck at the moment the V 24 bat boat winning it just.
Whatever people say about it we had 15 boats racing with more coming into the sport in Guernsey all the time.
Check out Guernsey powerboat association website

Adam Younger design VS22 !!
An excellent weekend, Thanks Guernsey !! Certainly an interesting concept that seems to work remarkably well (maybe because I won) First time I have raced under that type of handicap system since 1978 in a 14' Levi with 65 merc !!
Well done to all !!
Bob

That's because it is different superstructure ,I think this one looks better -there is a very well appointed office in the back where 2011 World champion navigator Guernseyman Tom S goes about his business

Was nice to see all the boats running so quickly in the flat seas, but a few waves make it more interesting for the camera!

I saw the fear in your eyes Bob when you saw the mini Cougar in the water, thought of putting in a late entry.
Well done on the win your boat runs great (sounds pretty good too)
A great weekends racing- just need to finish my big cat now and get out there

This was a new cockpit version for this year - but moulds still exist for the previous version too.
Then plans are also moving forwards with an open cockpit version - to be either a race or sports boat.
Soon a VS22 will be tested with a 150hp engine - which should be a really good combination.

Just to add - how good it is to see racing taking off in Guernsey with an expanding fleet and some really good racing.
Hope to get over and race myself at some point, if time allows!
Shows what can be done - all credit to James and his team.
