Half the price
Some one on here asked recently about Mantoss, and his connection with boatbuilding.
I thought i'd share this famous photo with those who've not had the pleasure before.
This is the kind of quality you can expect from the 'Half the Price' brigade!
I bring you, the "Falcon 700 RSR!" this is Mantoss's very own boat being built, he posted this pic proudly on RIBnet , apparently oblivious to the reaction it was sure to get!...quite an expert.
Now that is Quality Laminating, aint it!
Enjoy!
Thank you.

Ah, guys, it's all OK. Manos has told us that Chaudron bought the moulds legitamately and improved them to their own design. I am relieved that he has cleared that up for me.....

And no doubt using Falcoon to mould them!
What always made me laugh about the "falcon thread" was the Greek fools tunnel vision, and the fact that he was supposedly a "marine consultant"

to be honest I don't really like having a go at someone when they can't defend themselves so why don'y you all let him back on the forum!.
However I guess he deserves most of what he gets and his oblivion to this bad laminating job (and it don't get no better with time) was astounding!
Tony as you know so much about laminating and boats and going fast and stuff and you don't really like ribs the perhaps you should change your tag line to I am not a ribster I am an exzpert

To be honest he has a happy home over on Ribsters, so it will be good watchin the plot develop over there as the obsfucation clears around him and people question his advice and tire of his Olympian sized imagination
No I don't think the forum is any better of with his comments I just don't enjoy slagging somebody off when they can't defend themselves. If they can defend emselves then a good slagging is quite in order! In fact even needed sometimes.
Regarding wasting disc space on the wanker...ain't that what we are doing now.!
re the picture of the Falcon layup I gues it's a proof of the old proverb 'Beware of Greeks bearing GIF's'

I hate to say it but isnt 90% of the stuff we post on this site a waste of disc space
It is really isnt it, when you actually think about it
This post is a good example of what I'm talking about

Ah gee, you say the nicest things. but I certainly wouldn't claim to be an exzpert on any of the above things, you really don't need to know much about laminating to see what's wrong with the Falcon pic, and besides, I don't even do my own laminating!!!
And as for going fast and stuff, not me, I haven't even got a boat!!!!! But me pick up's pretty quick, in a comercial vehicle kind of way.
And who said I don't like ribs? Here's our latest model!!

Yeh, they are a little, serve us right for "splashing" a revenger!!
Mind you, with the ton and a half of safety equipment that you need on a rib, the toobs should just kiss the water!
