Oil, 32:1 if your going to rev it over 7000rpm and 40:1 if not. Also you need to use the mercury racing priemium stuff with that motor not just normal quicksilver.
Is that jackplate a manual one converted to hydraulic. if so post some pics, would like to see how you did it.

Gav like the gauges look good and there cheap to!, I know my p20 is a ex race boat that isnt mint so im going to leave it a bit rougth and ready lease i can bang her bout a bit with out worring.
Johnny yeah its a manual plate i bought off hutchy £100 then i worked out how to install a ram which my local hydrolic place fitted for £200 then the pump and hoses which i had off my engine anyways. We took the long bolt and nut out and fitted a ram in there instead easy

im running mine at 30 / 1 using fully synthetic valvoline oil. your prop may be to big, im using a 25 pitch big ear chopper but i cant get max revs so im going down a couple of pitches.remember your engine will rev to 9k and it makes most of its power at max revs due to porting work.

Taz,
Stuff the painting!! I know where you can get an oversized pair of trim tab backing plates, with the boat name cut in which would cover all that filler!!
