What a great day out.

Just got back from Thruxton, having been treated by my wife to a Ferrari Experience day!

Great fun, driving the new Porsche Cayman, a Ferrari 355 and a few high speed laps in a Mazda RX8, driven by a very experienced racer. The highlight for me though was driving a Sports 2000 single seater.

Really can't thank the guys enough for a brilliant day out, and I'm sure I'll be visiting again soon.

Guy in the middle pic is Stan, runs the pits and is to be feared, although I reckon he's a diamond. (he did let me do an extra 5 laps foc)

You picked a good circuit there TD. Thruxton is one of the quickest circuits in the UK. better than over-rated yawn-fests like Silverstone. Second only to Brands Hatch in my humble opinion.

Looks like you had a great time!
