who would i go to for a re-bore and hopefully a set of new oversize pistons?

shipping mine off to states, full rebuild, new Wizard pistons, injectors tested (bucato), Tony Doukas Reeds, new bearings, Straighten any egged bores if needed, new gaskets, honing, £1500! plus of course shipping! happy days

yep its for the yam 90, i bought a new block as the other one split the the a cylinder liner and the casting. but new blocks the bores are +0.25, +0.5 and +0.75 starting at the top. would that be such a problem though?

I reckon it'd be ok, but be sure to ballance the piston weights, as they're likely to vary innit.

I oversized just one lung on a Mercruiser HP465 a few years back (502ci V8 Chevy), ballanced it all up, and it was fine. I don't think these regular motors are fussy enough for it to matter about the differing swepped volume. Some will probably disagree.
