Yamaha v4 lower unit

I'm just in the process of rebuilding my gearbox as I had a horrible knocking noise. Which looks like its the fwd gear bearing on the way out.
The dog clutch and drive gear teeth are showing signs of wear.
My question is can these be machined to clean the drive faces up or is it a case of replacing the components.
if so where is the best and cheapest place to get these parts
cheers Sam
