Offshore is not big enough in this country to become disjointed again with different clubs vieing for different classes. We need to pull together to keep the sport going. Yes I know some of my posts can be misinturpretated there ment to be like that! Ask about the banter between Rhino and myself. The physc ops start before the race. And yes i do have a problem with trickys record between the piers. How come last year he could only match the speed of a one type class and now suddenly he smashes it????? With his recorded speed he must have been doing over 80mph in places on the course.

A little bird tells me the best he saw on gps was 76mph. Come up to Conniston and do the same or near, say 1.5 mph, and I will buy you beers all weekend. Knowing how difficult it is to gain that much speed I doubt it. Lets call a truce. I will be the first to admit this might have gone too far. Hope to see all you armchair racers in torquay and you can call me a wanker to my face. Lol.

From the RYA newsletter: We are pleased to report that some officials have come out of ‘retirement’ to offer their services to the sport again.... So we welcome back: Norman Taylor (Scrutineer)

(Ana, one 'n') I am only cheating when I am winning...
This is the same boat Pete Little drove to win the Europen Championships, winning each race by several minutes.... They also accused him of cheating, but only when he was winning. Last year when I was preparing my boat all by myself, it was still fast: The driver and navigator have since gotten better, the boat was always good. see here, last year, finish of race... http://www.seahorse.org/race.wmv

So that is about 78mph? We did not see that in the flat at the pier to pier, so I dont know? But I will definately be trying! Hopefully we can have a storm at Conneston? Anyway, see you in Conniston! ( actually I have never seen you in Conniston? ) Bring money.

Cool! Thank fcuk we've got you here.

Finanlly someone who can tell us all the whole unbiased truth. I for one am perched on the edge of my sofa in anticipation and I'm sure I'm not the only one. So, what gives?

Norman Taylor was reinstated as a scruntineer a couple of months ago.
I am sure I speak for the ORC when I say sorry that no-one has been informed about several Official re-instatements and upgrades this year.
