NAH comes under education!!!!
At the Needles in '70 Miss Enfield(june '70) Miss Enfield took the lead from TP in 007 then us!!
On the run thru the solent to the nab we were running alongside TS then dropped back and we were out alone and didn't see anyone again till we were on the run into the finish of Bournemouth from Weymouth mark and could only see a plume in the distance, it wasn't until we got to prize giving we found out TS had raced 2/3rds the race on his trim tabs after the "outrigger" had twisted.......just another lesson in TS's driving skills

Tim, did you see Sopwith at the Earls Court show?
He was there for the Thunderbolt reveal.
Pics are a bit average, as they're from my cameraphone

Jon
Its just a bit of dampness / spray as i had just got a couple of shots from the back of the boat as in photo.
It was good weather window for the race as these other 2 shots show, these were taken on the M6 as i was heading down from Scotland on Friday.
Did anyone notice the black 225 Honda race boat, it seemed run very well, not what i was really expecting, seemed to be well set up for the conditions

Yeah, we ordered that weather on the M6 to try and keep the 'sweaties' up where they belong.

Maybe, but like the boy Davis, you're a foreigner now! You're a sweatie, and he's a wierd Dorset type....may as well be Arab, or Asian...total foreigners...Go on, shoo, be off with you!

And winners in F2!
All credit to RMYC or well organised and ran event.
Also great to see so many new competitors - and hope they keep racing.
Finally a well done to Chris and Mark in the Marshan 19 for getting to and back from the event from Yarmouth. Christchurch bay was far rougher than any part of the race course!
