OK, OK, the 21 is a deeper (more topsides) and I think has a more constant deadrise, it's regularly used with twin motors in ski racing with a total power of circa 600hp, the extra topsides, and subsequent freeboard means taking the weight of twin is possible.
The 20 also has a slightly different bottom design along the centreline, which I think influenced the later XL model, but would stand corrected on that.
21's have been rigged with huge power and run up around the 100mph mark
