Don't want to be a poo stirrer, but maybe the price is a bit too high?
I had an '08 Opti. 200hp which I sold in '09 for only a few hundred more then your asking for yours 3+ years later.

I agree, I can't shift my 2009 200HO with 88 hours for £6K...

I agree too, also not enough verified data on motor health like a comp test done the right way.

Why not take it to a dealer for a few quid get it plugged into a computer and get a run time data and codes printed and then get them to run a compression test. All printed off with the engine from a Barrus Agent. Buyer can then buy in complete confidence. and will happily hand over your asking price.
