Ring 21 1985 200hp mariner trim nd tilt not working

Ring 21 with 200hp mariner both about 1985
Cobra leather bucket seats
Bow tank
Floor fuel tank
Inderspension trailer nee suspension units and hitch -cost 750 (unbolts need doing and needs new mud flaps )
Boat has abit of a shit blue paint job
Originally orange (might come off with a cold jet wash)
Mariner runs but the trim and tilt dosent work not sure why (had new spark plugs that cost about £100 )
Transoms solid but top engine well has been modified by previous owner
Powerlift manual jack plate
