Hi, No, this is the left hand motor of a twin engine set up. the steering cylinder is on the right hand motor and then with a tiebar to the left hand motor. Rigging-kit is will not come with this motor at this price. You can find rigging-kit at Ebay for very good price. thanks, Mange
