Only on boats imported into the EU since 1997 those before are exempt. Remember alot of people repower their imports to diesel, an new engines comply to the new standard so should,t be an issue.

I am moving my new used boat to Drivers Wharf where is the nearest fuel and pump out facilities please? I am new to this part of the solent and only know the fuel barge at Cowes.
