yes it is, sorry mate no idea who does it up there, give it a go yourself just make sure you mask up the hull real well as it goes everywhere

it was white flow coat then red and black flicked...

it was white flow coat then red and black flicked from a big brush whilst the original white was still wet, our new boat was done in the same way but blue instead of black
