Go to the nuts and bolts shop then. take an old one with you. I think they are 1/2" unc but not sure

its off my short shaft i bought from hutchy. its only 4 years old and comes with a tuner. i don't need it because i got a new one with my engine from Jay Smith. bolts came out of it a piece or piddle

No. you say you have taken the split ring off the bottom of the swivel bracket so if you split the tuner adaptor from the leg and lift up the tuner adaptor and swivel bracket should come away...

split the tuner adaptor from the leg this gives you more room to work
however Gav couldn't undo the one i sold him even by heating it.
he cut the allen heads off and still coundn't get them out....
