I can see where this is going, There is a wonderful reply to the fungus But I'm really trying hard to restrain myself.
Lent me angle grinder to a bird once and she never brought it back !!!! said it worked a treat though
See the problem with being a decripid old fart is the pounding from a Mono when pushed hard, Multihulls are much softer and just twist your neck off..

I assume that most of those cats where plywood & balsa.......maybe laminated afterwards?
Would it have been common place to just DIY or would the majority have been designs from a repuatible stable and home built?
I think "Robin Hood" is well Funky in a retro kinda way:tu:
