The RYA site seems to be having a bit of an ongoing hissy fit these days - the style sheet is missing.
I am available to help getting it working again at a competitive rate.

License Fees
Any new members of OCRDA who purchase a Provisional National OCR License will get their first four Races @ 1/2 price (£75) this means you get your license for £40.
(Only applies to new teams who have not previously held a Powerboat Racing License and subject to agreement from the current OCRDA Committee)
Bob
(Chairman OCRDA)

Basic License
"Following this week's meeting of the ORC, and in response to views expressed by competitors who asked for more than 2 Event Licences, the ORC/RYA has decided to initiate a new basic licence category as follows:
A Basic Restricted Licence which will entitle any competitor to race in any of the remaining basic races as listed on the 2006 calendar for a fee of £260. Competitors who have been issued with Event Licences may have up to two (£120) credited against this new restricted basic licence. This Licence category, effective immediately for the 2006 season, will require a standard Powerboat Medical and can be applied for on a standard Powerboat Licence application form. Competitors using this category will not be entitled to be awarded National Points".

Yes, great news indeed.
The wording though, doesn't make it sound very 'permanent'! mebbe a one-off, for 2006 only?
