No - Coniston is very very picky about which boats can go - they turned down several who were not current race categories. They have an issue with being blocked by officails!

This *can* definately be launched at Salterns, *but* they would have to use the wheel crain I think!

James launced my bladerunner there last year, and it is the same length and weight as the fountain....

Just waiting for the trailer back from the galvanizers and have a vmax 200 on order from yam. But there are none on central stock and getting a reasonable deal from my local yam agent so gotta wait. but once in should be out pretty quick although going on another sand holiday in July.

Didn't you find the b23 wasn't a strong enough layup for a 200? or have you had it strengthened?

I'm up for it, though because I have to travel the 40 miles to/from 'on my bottom', pissing rail, or a howling gale would stop me attending.

'2-XS-IF' is also up for it

Sadly the race boat will still be on its way back from Egypt - maybe up North in Coniston or wherever it is now!
