Why are you so reluctant to make this 'information' public?
IF it's true, it has serious implications for powerboating, especially Marathon racing and that includes you. If it's not, then why make it up?
Sorry but I don't get it at all. If you have info that will help make this sport stronger regardless of the consequences, then have the nuts to repeat it. Or in future, keep it to yourself.

Martin, get your head out of your own arse for 5 minutes and grow some balls. As I keep telling you, either grow a pair and share the info, or shut the feck up and go away.
I am fairly confident when I say, we are ALL bored with your bollocks, you are too keen to hide behind 'lawyer' speak, well it doesn't mean sh*t on a public forum so try and talk like a normal person when you are off duty.
