If I do persue looking at this 140 what should I lookout for an what would b. The difference between the 130 and 140 (apart from 10hp!)

Not sure what relevance books have !!

140 is a much older engine with old type electrics ! Same horsepower and easier to get bits should you ever need them ! 140 was last available around 1990.

2k is reasonable but sure there will be 130's for similar money. Worth paying a little extra. Should be same weight as they are same engines.
