I think the flight, car hire and motel would come to more than he's owed!

I did that! I posted on S&F and got the 'Lost in Miami' emails within a few hours. They know I am posting on S&F on several different threads.

I am sure someone can get them but they are only going to get them direct from Livorsi in the USA and charge me way over the odds for making a telephone call.
I might get AutoMeter gauges.

Reason I ask is that if you take pound for dollar would they have cost you £427.00 total when you take what you have lost already. Here is an eg. I wanted SC100 smartcraft guages, in USA they cost approx $60 each plus shipping plus duty. Instead I ordered via a local dealer at £49.00 each on a monday 48hrs later I get a call to say my guages have arrived. Now I may have saved a few quid ordering via USA, down side is delivery time, customs, carriers, a lot of links in a delivery chain to go wrong.

Slight progess made today after many emails and answering machine messages. But still no shipping information.
"Rob,
the post office returned the gauges back to me. I had to repackage them and look over the gauges for damage. Everything seems fine and I have sent them back out to you."
