Are they Ocke Mannerfelt 'Speed Rails' I see screwed to that boat?

They don't look too exposed/vulnerable in that 28 then! I reckon 'ducking' when the big blue wobbly thing's marching up the deck at 70 may be a tad awkward in that.

Obviously you don´t know the story about the Swedish Magnums
Don Aronow sold his white Maltese Magnum and rights to build them plus a mold to and apparently also the lamination process to Tage Boghammar and from those same molds have those boats materialized.
I see nothing wrong with that,
The High-Tech 1.editon Story is totally different, they splashed a 38 Cig Hawk and named it different got cought and sofort.
Moved then to Florida and started Nor-Tech...yes that one.
