Witch of Endor ....paint restoration

Its been a while so a bit of an update

the witches paint was good for near 30yrs but not good enuf to go back in water so harsh rub down underway and respray repaint in 2K to original valvoline...

retrofit build for safety cell....ideas?

ive a thought to build a safety cell into my latest acquisition Witch of Endor as I cant run her at her natural home on lake Coniston without one so it seems...UIM state that e5000 class needs a cell...

and the bottom line is......

she cant take part in Coniston speed week becuae only boats attempting a record run can exceed 10mph....and for Witch to participate she would have to try for a record and for that she would now need...

Pacesetter was/is a 42ft gas turbine race boat built by british hovercraft for BP back in 1979

I owned the hull for a long time....
