AFAIK, just easier to handle & pull the boat out. Don't think there's any tricky curves.

28' LOA, finished weight about 1600kg ready to run.
Gonna get a single Big block with a bravo X drive. Target speed is over 70 mph.
It's a splashed (licensed) Magnum hull, with topsides cut down to recreate the approximate lines of the 27 sport.
Most significant deviation from the original magnum hull is the addition of a stepped pad.
