Thanks wiggy808
The longitudinals or Stringers are high density foam and the engine bearers are birch ply and layed up with kevlar and multi axel cloths with vynalester resin.

Excuse my ignorance Scotty - Are you moving to Marathon from 3C perhaps ?
The boat is going to be a good looker - from what we see - great job !

Hi James,
The Extreme 26 (T2 – John Burdon) is on my drive, she is now powered by a 315 Yanmar diesel, which makes it a great all round boat.
The Boss 34 is coming along fine.
Kevan has been working on all the fine detail for the hatches and air intakes etc. Most of this work is now nearing completion and we should be ready to lay the deck up in the next couple of weeks.
As soon as I have some pictures I will post them.

It would have been even better, if we had called it the name you suggested -- "Pants Down"
I think there might be a change of name on the horizon ??

Yes "Safety, Bovered" made me smile a few times.
Mr "Rrrrrruning Bear" kept me amused for hours too, when there was nothing to see but the sea

Following this thread...
I like the design very much.
Can you describe the plans for the boat, engines etc
Do you have any more pics? Launch date?
Race, Leisure or a combination?

Hi Joakim,
The boat is being built to race in the marathon series in class D, we are fitting 6.2ltr mercruisers.
Although we have not posted any pics of late there has been plenty of design and development in the workshop.
The boat can be either race or leisure and could easily accommodate 4 berths with galley and heads/shower.
Couldn't specify a launch date as yet but have attached a few pics of the deck with hatch and air vent plants in place.
Please remember you are looking at the mold so everything is mirrored.

Thanks Scoob Hugh,
No new pics to post at the moment but plenty of work going on the work shop.
We are nearly at the stage of laying up the deck and if all goes to plan, I should be able to upload the pictures in a few weeks.

Things have been very busy in the workshop and all coming together as planned.
Eric and Max “dry fitted” the engines last week. The tanks are being made etc..
As soon as we are able to move her out of the work shop, I will post some pictures of the hull and deck together and all will be revealed.
